Project Management Model   Trad Solutions offers the following Project Management     When implementing a new network or changing your network to a new carrier, Trad Solutions will manage your project from cradle to grave.     In conjunction with our carrier services, we will stay on top of the installation of your network so you can be free to do other things.     We will bring all the parties together including the equipment provider, LEC and Long Haul Provider to provide for a team effort and smooth installation. Finger pointing will be a thing of the past.     Does this mean you lose control? NO! You will be given a weekly update on the progress of your network so that you are completely informed of the status at all times.     Upon completion, you will get a network package that includes carrier contacts, billing information, move, add, change processes, and escalation procedures. You will also receive a complete design of your network so that you have your own records for safe keeping.     Trad Solutions will remain available to you throughout the length of your carrier contract in order to provide superior customer service in relation to moves, adds, changes, trouble repair, contract renegotiation and contract renewal.
